Devil Ray
This is one of my favorite character designs, she was created from an idea I had to incorporate the silhouette of a manta ray into a character.
This character is a captain of a futuristic pirate ship, she is inspired by techwear, manta rays, a calm and commanding personality, and naval uniforms. The white marks on her skin are from a skin condition called vitiligo.
